Refund & Delivery Policy
This policy sets out how digital delivery, cancellations, and refunds work for Monthlys, billed through Paystack.
Digital Delivery
All Appxcel products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. Access to Monthlys is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation from Paystack, typically within a few seconds and never later than 24 hours. If access is not granted after a successful charge, contact support@appxcel.co.za and we will resolve it promptly.
Free Trials
Where a product offers a free trial, no payment is collected until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the terms below apply.
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from within the product's account settings, or by emailing support@appxcel.co.za. Cancellation stops all future billing. You retain access to the product until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund Eligibility
- Once-off purchases: refundable in full within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantively used.
- Recurring subscriptions: the current paid billing period is non-refundable once the period has started, since access has already been delivered.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: fully refundable — contact us with the transaction reference and we will correct it within 5 business days.
- Service faults: if a product is materially unavailable or broken due to a fault on our side for an extended period, we will refund or credit the affected billing period at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original Paystack payment method within 10 business days.
Failed or Disputed Payments
If a Paystack payment fails, no charge is made and no access is granted. If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to dispute a transaction, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved faster this way.
